I really despair...i really not a good leader.I really feel that i want to resign from my post...I really cant take the stress...I wish people can understand me, but seem like people is not understanding me...
i dunno what can i done to let people feel satisfy, but cant they all think of my situation?

Not a single leader in reality can satisfy everyone. If you can satisfied everyone you are not a leader anymore....~ Even the leader of the country have someone that is agaisnt him/her from time to time. A leader is someone who can think out of the best interest of all,and can think of the interest for the majority, do something that is beneficial to the members. As long as you know what you are doing is correct, you shuold continue, regardless of what people are saying. Every single step that leader did surely will bring disatisfaction from the members to certain extent.
